newspaper published in
Tokyo. Founded in
1874, it is the world's largest
newspaper, circulating 10,180,981 copies daily.
It also publishes the The Daily Yomiuri,
Japan's largest
English language
newspaper. As a supplement to the daily edition, a weekly newsmagazine
-- The Yomiuri Weekly -- is also circulated.
