You're really better off asking this type of question in a webmaster forum since we only support Japan-related questions here.

My favorite webmaster forum is at http://www.geekvillage.com but there are many others. You won't even have to ask since this question has been asked there before, just read the past answers to find out.

The best advice I can give is this:

Never chase the highest paying keywords.
Stay away from the adult entertainment industry.
If you ignore this advice then go for "mesothelioma" and "mortgage"

Do find a unique or growing market.
Do use your own expertise to build upon.
Do take risks and get back up when you fail.
Do not stop trying.
