Japan-101 community members - Tell us where you live and a little about it, what you like and what you don't.

Our small group shares a common interest in Japan but I've noticed this website draws a more international crowd than others I own. I know our members include a few foreign nationals living in Japan.

I'll start: Many people are suprised to learn that the owner of Japan-101.com is in Texas, I call Houston home right now. I'm from Oregon and moved here about 4 years ago. I love the people here as they really are the best I've met but hate the weather. It's damn hot and humid.

Im from Ireland but I call Yokohama my home for the time being anyway, so if you have a question about Yokohama be sure to ask. I have been living here for four years and I think I have a fairly good knowledge of the place. But i have to admit I am still learning a lot. After all the population of this city is comparable to the population of Ireland.
