I wanted to start this thread and ask for your experiences of going around in different places in Tokyo.
Which was most memorable experience for you? Was it Tokyo Tower? Ueno? Shinjuku Metropolitan area? Aoyama?
Please share your comments here and feel free to talk

This is easy for me, and it's not really a great experience.
Despite having seen many great things it is the subway during rush hour I remember most. Being trapped in rivers of people moving together and cramming into cars like sardines. I guess you get used to it. Maybe a visitor from New York would have been OK, but I said then and there - I could never do this every day!
I have to say that the entire system was very organized and safe. There were enjoyable performances to be seen and it was not scary at all, just way too many people in one place for this guy.

for me maybe its seeing some young guy exposing himslef on the train on the keio line
i thought it was so funny at the time and myself an d my friendd were laughing and pointing at him while others were pretending not to notice
afterwards i felt a little guilty at not doing something
