Ohayoo gozaimasu.

Found this site not to long ago, but wish I had found it long ago. My second tour in Japan with the Navy. Currently stationed at Yokosuka, but as life deals cards, maybe staying after my retirement next summer. Only time will tell.

Hope to be able to provide good information to others, as well as learn from people here, as I have learned some all ready from various things on the site.

My first visit to Japan was also with the Navy when I spent some time in Misawa. Some friends and I bought a car and travelled all over northern Japan during our stay. What fun. Hope you're enjoying it as much as I did.

If you do stay, do you plan to find work there and what city would you choose to live in?

As of now, it will be down around Osaka, where my girl friend lives. But just taking it one day at a time right now.
