Is anyone a fan of this show? I love it. It is so odd, the characters, the colors, the exploding faces. I haven't seen another anime on TV with quite the same uniqueness. Actually I had never heard of it but I'm not so interested in manga or anime.

I swear I've seen those characters before. I think the show is on Cartoon Network's [adult swim] program. Could this be? I don't pay a lot of attention to it, I just have it on in the background when working and get a kick out of the shows.

Yeah, it's on Cartoon Network, but on Toonami, which is on before Adult Swim on Fridays and Saturdays. Only Zatch Bell is only on on Saturdays, usually. I am just surprised that something so cute, odd, and uniquely Japanese is playing on mainstream American TV. I mean, I've followed all the other animes that have come to US TV, but this one surprises me consistently.

Oh, I also forgot, you might have seen the Japanese version (Konjiki No Gash Bell) and know the character names from there. I am only familiar with the dub but I hear that all they did as far as editing was put underpants on Zatch!
