Just read the other introductions so I thought I would say hi. I don't do cosplay and I don't have sat dish for japanese telly, but I am moving there later this year!!

I am from the UK, met Japanese girl when I was 19 and through her have visited and lived there for 2 1/2 years. That was 4 years ago and now I am going and going to stay!!

I love the food, jidohanbagi (vending machines) rock, and the seasons are great!

Yes I am a teacher and also into diving so Japan is great place to be!

Any scuba or freedivers out there, or potential divers mail me back and lets see if we can get wet in the summer!

Glad to see you posted that seeking job in Japan ad in our Travel & Living forum. I hope you find a good one.

So, going to live in Japan, not just visit but actually live there. Visting for a week or two at a time is a lot different than moving alltogether. Since you've already lived there for over 2 years before I guess there's no culture shock anymore. I've often wondered if I would enjoy it after the months and years pass. Who knows, I may find myself living there one day.

I hope to read more about your thoughts on favorite subjects here when you have the time. See you around.
