Users Awaiting Email Confirmation Now Moderated

If you are in the Awaiting Email Confirmation category, you can still post messages here BUT they are now moderated. That is, they are reviewed before they are posted.

Users awaiting email confirmation were previously allowed to post messages directly in the help & Announcements forum. Due to problems with spam, this is no longer the case.
