Description:	Umeboshi (pickled plums) are not for the timid. These harmless looking little plums (top shelf) pack a serious punch. They're very tart and salty so take a little bite. Umeboshi are suprisingly strong to most Americans and not for everyone. It's common to wrap one plum into a ball of rice so that a little is eaten with each bite.
