Vintage Kimono Vintage Haori Men's Haori
Still to this day, there are few things which make a bigger statement in the Japanese culture than a Kimono. Each one was made not only to be worn as an article of clothing, but to tell a story. A Haori is a half coat designed to be worn over a Kimono. They are worn throughout the year. The Haori we select are in good - excellent condition and range between 10-60 years old. A formal men's Haori "montsuki" usually has the family crests of the wearer on its back and sleeves. Haori are usually made of silk or some type of silk/and or synthetic blend.
